Design Packages
Concept & Pre-application
Fixed Fee: £300 + VAT
This fee includes the preparation of basic concept design drawings, together with a written description of the proposed works. It also includes completion of the relevant application form and submission to the Local Planning Authority on your behalf.
Please note that this fee excludes any statutory planning application fees and any additional supporting documents that may be required. An electronic site/location plan, if required, can be provided at an additional cost, typically between £50–£80.

Combined Planning and Building Control drawing services are not covered on any other discount promotions.
Design Fee Guidance:
Our design prices are intended as a guide and are based on typical project requirements. Final fees may vary depending on the size, complexity, location and scope of the project, as well as the level of detail, surveys, revisions or supporting information required.
Any prices shown do not include statutory application fees, specialist consultant fees, structural engineering, planning reports, building control charges, or other third-party costs unless specifically stated.
Following an initial review of your project, we will provide a clear, tailored quotation outlining the services included, any exclusions, and any additional costs that may apply.
Multiple dwellings are classed as commercial in the context of the pricing above.
All prices shown are exclusive of VAT.
Price does not include providing an electronic site plan suitable for submission to local authorities. These can be provided directly by the client or at an additional fee (generally ranging between £50 & £80).
These prices are for domestic projects only, projects other than domestic will be based on a project by project basis.
All packages include a measured survey, subbmission to local authority on your behalf, minor amendmends if request from local authority
